and fashion in active wear for women. We have done the research and talked to women athletes about the pains of unsupportive sportswear and the problems of finding a true size.
In response, we’ve designed the heart&core line of sportswear to give women another option in gear that really helps you move with comfort while being active.
Our signature line of sports bras, tees and capri pants provide exceptional support with minimal bounce, give you sleek lines, camouflage the common problem areas and incorporate fashion trends—you’ll feel the difference!
We will continue to our expand our line based on feedback from our consumers—at shows, in stores and online, so please let us know what you think!

Our Story
As sisters concerned about women's health and wellness, we developed
heart&core
Athletic Apparel. We saw the need for new products when
shopping for a sports bra with our mother, and finding limited options
in size and style. Our mother was looking for a sports bra, but she—and
other breast cancer survivors like her—does not wear underwire,
and couldn't find high-impact support without it.
With all of this in mind, we designed a line that looks at the wants and needs of all women. Our gear provides unparalleled support and style, exceptional quality and unique designs that genuinely promote the health and wellness of EVERY woman. heart&core is 100% focused on fit, function and fashion for you.
heart&core's signature line includes high-quality pieces for every level of female athlete—we simply want to provide a comfortable, fashionable experience for women while wearing these pieces in the gym, or on the street.
Jen is a certified personal trainer and massage therapist, who has worked with female clients for years and listened to their concerns with sportswear. She is the brainchild of the company, carefully developing heart&core's designs to the highest standards. Jen continues to research sportswear and fashion as she works on expanding beyond the signature line.
Lara is a marketing communications specialist, who has written about a variety of products, with a background in journalism, graphic design and marketing. She created heart&core's logo and brand. Lara continues her market research to understand what women are seeking in sportswear and how to best promote the unique qualities of heart&core's mission and product line.
