At the heart&core of our business is our commitment to women's health and wellness. When we saw the need for high-impact support in a sports bra that's comfortable and flattering, and learned that excessive bounce is not only painful but damaging, we started creating new options for women. heart&core's unique molded cup design lifts, encapsulates (separates!) and compresses for a feminine shape in a sporty style. From there, we focused on comfort—we created only what we would want to wear ourselves. In addition, heart&core puts a twist on apparel with ruched tees and foldover capri pants in versatile styles that compliment curves, smooth over problem areas and streamline your figure, all in the most luxuriously soft, sport-friendly fabric.
High-impact support: Beyond the pain and annoyance of bounce, there is real damage being done. All of that movement causes tearing in the breast tissues for which a sports bra that compresses and features encapsulation cups is necessary—this led to the development of heart&core's Sports Bra. During high-level activities you require high-impact support, but if you read the description on many larger-sized bras you'll see that they provide low to medium support, and will not stop the bounce—or the damage.
